Like John Madden when he’s reviewing football instant replays, here we have John Madden-like commentators reviewing footage of job interviews. Doing voice overs, they comment on the mistakes that people make in interviews. They mix in sports terms throughout. The commentators use telestrator markers on the screen to illustrate what they are talking about. They also play things in slow motion to highlight certain moments.

Young woman at interiew, clearly nervous. She stumbles over a question, when an electronic voice can be heard. Close up of earbud in woman's ear, then cut to friend at a computer with a phone reading off/giving absolutely terrible interview advice, which the woman follows, causing confused or even negative reactions. Examples: -While employer is talking: "Quick! Ask him about your salary!" -Response to "Where do you want to be in 5 years?": "Hopefully in your position!" And so on.

Try not to trip on you story..
Just think, you are a accident waiting to happen. You come in to do your interview and trip, then the domino affect. You bump into someone with a cup of coffee it spills all over the the boss. He/She jumps up and bumps into someone else with a stack of papers and the papers fly. You stand there and say,"I guess that is a no?" Turns around and starts to walk out, then you start to hear everyone laugh. Not everyone is as serious as you think..

HR DIRECTOR:Tell me about yourself. MAN is about to answer, but his MOM:He’s the best son! HR:What skills do you bring to the position? His WIFE:He puts the toilet seat down. HR:What is your salary requirement? Man's 3 BUDDIES:Enough to buy us a few rounds. HR:Any questions? Man's KID:Did my dad get the job? MAN shakes HR DIRECTOR’s hand good-bye, as his group high-5 and cheer him on. HR pulls MAN aside:You can bring your support group in your head, but maybe not literally to ur next interview?

Like a movie premiere red carpet, potential job candidates walk into an office. For example, a man dressed in street wear, sneakers, bed hair. Joan Rivers-esque commentator:Is he going hobo-chic? A woman dressed in tight, revealing clothes, too much makeup, Jersey Shore hair. Commentator:She's a hot mess! Clean-up on Aisle 7! Someone dressed in a well-fitted suit, nicely groomed hair, resume and references in briefcase. Commentator:Now, that's what I call the top of the class. She's hired!
